It’s easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself.
Pelin Pektas started her music adventure when she was in high school by playing the flute. While she was preparing to study music, she studied Singing at Municipality Conservatory of Kocaeli. During her singing study, she started to study Music Performance at Kocaeli University Faculty of Fine Arts Music Performance/Flute Department in 2011. While she was doing her bachelor study, she played at Kocaeli University’s Academic Orchestra.
Besides being a flutist, she also improved her educator’s side. She got a Pedagogy Diploma at Kocaeli University Faculty of Education. After her bachelor’s, she started to do her master’s at Kocaeli University Institue of Social Sciences Music Performance/Flute Department, worked as a music teacher at Atafen Collage. In her second year, she studied at Utrecht Conservatorium’s Classical Music Department with Aldo Baerten for a year.

At the moment, she plays and teaches at the Catching Cultures Orchestra, teaches instrument of flute at Het Wilde Westen Utrecht and finally she founded her own company “Peltic Music&Education”. She teaches piano and flute instruments to everyone of all ages.
